Our 1-2-1 Personal Training service is extremely popular because of the results we get with our clients. When you train with a friend or someone with similar goals however, you can often get more efficient results by sharing your experience with a training partner.

We work with pairs who want to lose weight, put on muscle, recovery from injury or train for their sport.

Sharing your experience in the pursuit of your goals provides a richer and more valuable learning experience for everyone involved.

Working on similar habits also helps you stay accountable towards yourself and others which can sometimes be harder when training alone.

If you find yourself constantly trying new ideas and products, living a busy lifestyle with little time to sit down and focus on what works for you, then our Bring a Friend Personal Training programme is for you.

Working with someone who has struggled to maintain a healthy set of lifestyle habits means you are able to learn what works for you much more efficiently.

This ensures that you are able to enjoy your new training and lifestyle habits as we walk and talk you through how you can maintain the new you.

A balanced healthy lifestyle includes achieving 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise throughout the week, whilst performing 2 days a week of resistance training.

This is why we ask for our clients to commit to a minimum of 2 days a week, in order to provide the most effective and efficient results.

The benefits of being active on a regular basis are numerous and unequivocal, including reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, colon and breast cancer, and depression. At the same time, we are what we eat, digest and absorb, which is why we spend as much time on nutrition as exercise.

We we don’t just design your workouts for you. Each session we also focus on your nutrition, sleep, stress and mindset so that you and your training partner can begin looking, feeling and performing straight away.
