Since taking up my first triathlon in spring 2013 I have been training with Health by Science, who have helped me on my journey from novice triathlete to Half Iron(wo)man.
With a combination of one-to-one PT sessions, personalised gym programme and a modified take anywhere & gym programme for when travelling, Health by Science have helped me with strength and conditioning. This has helped me to build a solid platform for the three disciplines of swimming, cycling and running and whilst helping minimising my risk of injury.
Their sessions are varied, interesting and challenging which complement my other training activities well. During this time we have also discussed diet, nutrition and other factors that impact on health and activity, which is exemplary to Health by Science’s holistic approach to training.
