Health by Science are more than just personal trainers, they promote a holistic approach and they place as much, if not more, emphasis on nutrition. They have given me the knowledge and confidence to make the right food choices and I now have a better understanding of my nutritional requirements, and they are always on hand for advice if I need them.
I have never been in such good shape and so strong and I can attribute this to two things – firstly the warm up sessions prior to our workouts, which are based on mobility flow moves, have eased any tight spots and the mobility exercises increase flexibility. Secondly their attention to detail when performing lifts and exercises ensures that both my posture and position are perfect every time, avoiding further injury.
Training with Health by Science has definitely been one of my better decisions. What I have learned from them is invaluable for my long term health and wellbeing and I will continue to use their approach in the future.
