I started training with Health by Science last year when I signed up to lose some weight. I now realise starting training with Health by Science is one of the best decisions I have made, and I am still losing and getting fitter each week.
They push me to my physical limits and they believe I can do it. They give me constant feedback, advice and support but most importantly motivation. Whilst I can’t deny it is very hard work, they have never failed to deliver.
They are so positive and enthusiastic about a healthy lifestyle. They are constantly pushing me to achieve much more than I could ever achieve if I was working in the gym on my own.
They believe that nutrition is as important as exercise and takes time out prior to each session to discuss my previous week’s nutrition, as well as providing me tools to help me stay on track.
