I had been attending the gym to work on strength training for a few months and wasn’t seeing the results I’d hoped for. I started to lose motivation and lacked consistency in how I was training. I was looking for a personal trainer to help me reach my goals without losing focus.

I have regained my passion for exercising and once again look forward to going to the gym. They are great motivators and make each session enjoyable. I have seen improvements in all areas, after months being unable to increase my squat I have added over 10kg to the bar, in a relatively short time. I feel more confident weight training and have been introduced to many new and effective exercises in the process.

They are always happy to listen and provide suggestions to make the process easier. I now have a much more flexible, sustainable approach to nutrition and am able to maintain my body weight whilst eating more and enjoying my food. Health By Science’s client-centred approach has improved many areas of my life-not just how effectively I train in the gym. My confidence has increased and I have more energy than ever allowing me to achieve more in other areas of my life. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help me along the way-whether it be a few extra words of encouragement at the end of a session or sending insightful articles to read.
