I began looking for a personal trainer to maintain and improve my general level of fitness and all round good health. As a mature women I want to stay active and well and because Health by Science were able to give me a rounded challenging programme I felt I achieved my goal.
I chose to achieve my goals with Health by Science because of the flexibility and variety plus they were so easy to work with and were so encouraging.
The best thing about training with Health by Science is that it was not just about the gym. It was the whole package including nutrition which opened my eyes to what I should have been eating in order to get the best out my training sessions.
In particular I loved the ability to track my progress on the computer with the aid of the heart monitor. Being able to see progress on screen every few weeks was great.
